Collaboration

Areas of collaboration

We collaborate across microbiology, cell biology, bioinformatics, dentistry, biomaterials, and translational oral health research.

Our partnerships span laboratory‑based studies, clinical projects, method development, technology evaluation, and microbiome‑focused data analysis.

We welcome collaboration with both academic groups and industry partners who share an interest in oral microbiome science, biofilms, antimicrobial resistance, and host–microbe interactions.
